Airline & In-Flight Entertainment Content Compliance Intelligence
In the published snapshot, 37 titles produced 3191 delivery-profile matches. The data locates likely review work; the blueprint turns it into an owned release process.
Executive brief
Use the region for planning—not blanket approval
Airline and in-flight entertainment review is a private-service workflow shaped by the carrier, content service provider, route network, cabin environment and technical platform. There is no single global IFE content classification that replaces those inputs. A theatrical or home-entertainment certificate may help, but the airline still decides what it accepts.
The cabin changes context. Screens may be visible to nearby passengers, children can encounter content outside a household control, and routes can cross markets with different cultural or political sensitivities. Separate content review from technical encoding and aircraft-system safety, but keep both in the same delivery manifest so the right approved cut reaches the right screen.
Fewer carrier rejections
Align the title, route scope, edit policy and metadata before encoding and loading.
Safer shared-cabin viewing
Review visual intensity and screen visibility in addition to individual passenger choice.
Controlled IFE masters
Tie every edit, subtitle and runtime to the package approved by the airline or service provider.
What this profile covers

Country and service playbook
Start with the current primary source
These are reviewed starting points. Confirm the exact service, scope, current text and receiving partner before release.
Carrier and route policy
Obtain the current airline or content-service-provider policy directly. Route and cabin groupings are operational choices, not universal law.

Evidence before status
A green release status should answer the question, point to evidence and state what happens when the evidence is missing.
| Gate question | Evidence to retain | If it fails |
|---|---|---|
| Is the carrier policy current and scoped? | Airline, route group, cabin, policy version and approver | Do not reuse another carrier's decision without confirmation. |
| Was shared-screen visibility considered? | Visual intensity, duration, likely adjacent viewing and available controls | Escalate material that could affect nearby passengers or children. |
| Does the edit affect timing or language? | Edit decision list, new runtime, retimed subtitles and dubbed dialogue | Issue a new master and revalidate every dependent asset. |
| Does the loaded package match approval? | Version ID, checksum, encode report, metadata and carrier manifest | Reject any package with an untraceable or mismatched source. |
Review watchlist
Questions worth finding early
- Graphic violence, sexual material and other high-impact visuals that can be seen from neighbouring seats.
- Aircraft crashes, hijacking, terrorism, cabin emergencies and dialogue that may be especially sensitive in flight.
- Maps, borders, religion, political conflicts and route-specific references that require destination-aware review.
- Family-cabin access, content warnings, thumbnails and synopsis copy—not only the programme itself.
- Edit-induced subtitle drift, dubbed dialogue mismatch and wrong-master delivery after the IFE cut is created.

How to read these numbers
Matches are mappings, not unique scenes. One timecoded finding can map to several categories or profiles. Do not add counts across markets.
Only published titles are included. Private and unpublished records do not contribute to this page.
Human approval remains necessary. Asset, service, country, partner, schedule, controls and current policy can change the final decision.
